Discovery Bay-specific challenges
- Ferry cargo booking. Large items (sofas, mattresses, fridges) go via ferry cargo hold — needs prior booking. We handle it.
- Car-free zone. Only licensed shuttle-buses and delivery vans operate on-island. We use approved vehicles.
- Village house stairs. Many DB village houses are 3 floors with no lift — plan crew accordingly.
- Weather / ferry cancellations. During T8+ we reschedule automatically.

Access
Central Pier 3 ferry (approx 25 minutes to DB Pier). We schedule crew and vehicle to arrive together at Pier so no idle time on-island.
