What affects the price
- How much there is, and how big it is. One armchair and a whole flat are very different jobs. More items and bigger items take more crew time and truck space.
- Access. A lift makes things quicker than carrying items up or down stairs. Steps at the building entrance, a small lift and how close the truck can park all play a part.
- Items fixed to the wall. Anything screwed or mounted to the wall, like a wall-mounted TV, shelves or fixed cabinets, needs to be dismantled safely first.
