The number we send is all-in: crew, transport, disposal routing, any after-hours, weekend or village-access surcharges. There are no add-on fees on the day for confirmed scope.

Do you handle deceased estate cleanouts discreetly?
Yes. We work in unmarked vehicles when requested, use plain uniforms, and can attend with a family member or solicitor present to identify items for retention before disposal. Personal documents and valuables are bagged separately and handed back.
Can you clear a hoarder property?
Yes. Hoarder cleanouts require PPE, pest-treatment coordination and often multiple truckloads over 1–3 days. We work calmly and without judgement, and can liaise with social workers or building management if helpful.
What if it's a walk-up or upper-floor village house?
We do it — we just need to know upfront. Tell us the floor, staircase width and whether the village access road allows a 5-tonne truck. We'll size the crew and quote the flight-charge in writing.
Do you provide a disposal certificate?
Yes. For estate cleanouts we issue a written record of items removed and the disposal route used — useful for executors, solicitors and insurance claims.
What about salvageable items — can they be donated or sold?
