Why bundle moving and disposal?
Most Hong Kong households moving from a 1- or 2-bedroom flat have at least a sofa, mattress or wardrobe that is too tired to be worth moving. Hiring a "mover" and then a separate "junk guy" usually means two access bookings with the building, two days of disruption, and two minimum-call-out fees. Do you provide packing materials?
Yes. Boxes, bubble wrap, mattress covers, sofa covers, glass-table protection, hanging-wardrobe boxes and tape are available. Packing service can be booked the day before or the same morning.
Are my items insured during the move?
Yes. Every move includes transit damage cover up to HK$1,000 (or 10% of the moving fee, whichever is greater). Higher-value cover is available on request — declare the value when booking.
Can you disassemble and reassemble furniture?
Yes. Beds, wardrobes, dining tables, bookshelves, IKEA flat-pack and most modular furniture are taken apart at origin and rebuilt at destination as part of the standard service.
Can I add disposal of old items to my move?
Yes — and that's the whole point. We split a truck for keep / dispose so the unwanted sofa doesn't ride to your new flat. The bundled price is usually significantly cheaper than booking a mover and a junk team separately.
What about parking and lift booking?
We handle parking permits, building management lift bookings and security paperwork on both ends. Just send us the property name and we'll do the chasing.
