Yes, for big jobs. Site visits are free for whole-house clearances, moves and demolition jobs that we quote in person: we come and look, then give you a fixed quote. For most other jobs, a few photos or a short video on WhatsApp are enough to quote.

In 15 minutes. Send photos on WhatsApp during our hours (08:00–22:00, 7 days) and we reply with a fixed quote in 15 minutes. Big jobs that need a free site visit are quoted after the visit.

Everything needed to clear the items: carrying out, dismantling, transport and disposal. The quote is fixed and confirmed before you book, so there are no surprises on the day.

Often, yes. Same-day slots are frequently available, especially for single items like a sofa or mattress. Message us in the morning for the best chance of a same-day pickup.

Yes. Beds, wardrobes, sofas and large tables are dismantled on site when they won't fit through the door, lift or stairwell, and dismantling is included in your quote.

Yes. Walk-ups (唐樓) are fine. Tell us the floor and how many flights of stairs when you send photos, and the stairs are built into your fixed quote upfront.
