How do you quote an office cleanout?

Can you work after hours so we don't disrupt staff?
Yes. We frequently work after 18:00 and on Saturdays / Sundays across Central, Quarry Bay, Kowloon Bay, Kwun Tong and Kwai Chung. Building-management forms (work permit, lift booking, certificate of insurance) are handled by our supervisor — your facilities team doesn't have to chase paperwork.
Do you handle WEEE / e-waste for our ESG reporting?

Will you provide a tax invoice and certificate of insurance (COI)?
Yes. We issue BR-addressed invoices and, on request, a COI naming your landlord, building manager or main contractor as an additional insured party. Most landlords in Hong Kong (Swire, Hongkong Land, Sino Land, Henderson) accept our standard certificate without amendments.
Can you handle confidential paper and data destruction?
Yes. We coordinate locked-bin paper shredding pickup and HDD/SSD physical destruction with certificates issued by our partner — important for finance, legal, healthcare and government clients. Specify "confidential" in your WhatsApp brief and we'll include it in the quote.
Do you also do end-of-lease make-good (reinstatement)?
Yes — we strip the office, then return the floor plate to the landlord-required state: ceiling reinstated, partition walls removed, carpet replaced or lifted, paint patched. Most leases require "white box" hand-back; we deliver to that standard and photograph the completed condition for your landlord submission.

What happens to our old furniture — is any of it donated?
