Premium residential: Branksome Grande & Crest, Tregunter Tower, Dynasty Court, The Albany, Estoril Court, Bowen's Lookout, Ho's Court, Realty Gardens, Kennedy Terrace, Woodland Height. Mid-tier: Winner Court, May Tower, Fairview Height, Realty Gardens, Marina Court, Emerald Gardens. Walk-ups: older buildings on Caine Road, Rednaxela Terrace, Mosque Street and the streets stepping down toward Central.
Mid-Levels-specific challenges
- Hillside walk-ups. Rednaxela Terrace, Mosque Junction, upper Peel Street — no lift, 4–6 flights of stone steps. Adds a crew member.
- Concierge coordination. Branksome, Tregunter, Dynasty Court require notice to management and often want time-slot bookings via the tenant.
- School-run traffic. Bradbury, ISF, French International — we time pickups outside 07:30–08:30 and 15:30–16:30 on Robinson/Conduit.
